Hidden away around the corner from the tip in Tyseley is Hay Hall on Redfern Road. A Grade II listed building and a former sub-manor house of the Este family of Yardley.

St Edburgha's Church is situated in Old Yardley Village. A Grade I listed building of 13th Century origin, but mostly of the 14th and 15th Centuries. Including monument to Henry Greswolde.
St Laurence's Church is a Grade I listed parish church in Northfield that dates to the 12th Century. Located in a conservation area near the Great Stone Inn and Village Pound.
Daniel Williams from Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham is passionate about recreating the life of King Charles I of England, and regularly dresses up as him.
St Nicolas' Church is the parish church of Kings Norton. A church has been on this site since the 11th Century, although this one dates from the 13th to 19th Centuries.
Birmingham Central Synagogue has been on Speedwell Road in Edgbaston since the redevelopment of the Malcolm Locker Hall in 2013. Previously their old building was metres away on Pershore Road.
Moseley Golf Club is situated on Springfield Road near Kings Heath and Billesley in Birmingham. Founded in 1892. It also runs down Billesley Lane, Brook Lane and Coldbath Road.
Edgbaston Golf Club is between Church Road, Priory Road and Edgbaston Park Road. You can access Edgbaston Pool from Winterbourne House and Garden via a gate. Edgbaston Hall is the clubhouse.
Birmingham Central Mosque is situated on Belgrave Middleway in Highgate, Birmingham. Building started in 1968 and was completed by 1982. Dome and minaret, by William Copeland.
The Dhamma Talaka Peace Pagoda is a Buddhist temple in Ladywood close to Edgbaston Reservoir and the Icknield Port Loop, run by the Birmingham Buddhist Vihara Trust.
The Brewmaster's House is next to The ICC and opposite Brindleyplace. It was built in 1816 and was the first Birmingham Conservation Trust restoration project to be completed in 1984.
The Anchor is situated at the corner of Bradford Street and Rea Street in Digbeth. Grade II listed, built in 1901, designed by James and Lister Lea for the Holt Brewery Company.
The Alexander Stadium is situated in Perry Park in Perry Barr, Birmingham and is the home ground of the athletics club Birchfield Harriers. Used for Birmingham Grand Prix & Diamond League
Birmingham Singers Hill Synagogue is situated on Blucher Street in Birmingham. Built in 1856 and designed by Yeoville Thomason. Home of the Birmingham Hebrew Congregation. Grade II* listed.
The Queens Arms is situated on Newhall Street at the corner with Charlotte Street. This Grade II listed pub was built in 1870 and remodelled in 1901. Now part of Newhall Square.
There has been a church or chapel on this site since the late 13th century, even though most of the Grade II listed Edgbaston Church we see today dates to the 18th & 19th centuries.
The Edgbaston Archery and Lawn Tennis Society is the oldest lawn tennis club in the world. Founded as the Edgbaston Archery Society in 1860, lawn tennis was played here by at least 1875.
The Edgbaston Priory Club is situated on Priory Road in Edgbaston. A tennis club that usually one week in June each year hosts the Edgbaston Classic, a womens tennis competition.
The Aston Tavern is situated on Aston Hall Road near Villa Park. Dates to 1904. After being derelict for 20 years it was restored in 2014.
Moseley Rugby Club was founded in 1873 and play their home matches at Billesley Common near Yardley Wood Road in Billesley.
The Hawthorns is the home football stadium of West Bromwich Albion Football Club. It was the first football league ground to be built in the 20th Century.
