The Development

The Gothic spans three Grade II listed heritage buildings dating back to the late 1870s that pay ultimate homage to its industrious roots.

Spread across three phases and 50 apartments, The Gothic, with authentic Victorian features and traditional detailing, in addition to the latest fixtures and fittings, has been carefully crafted for the modern resident, and one that offers a bespoke collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments & duplexes.

Phase one (completed in August 2022) comprises 14 elegantly styled apartments & duplexes, complete with terraces, restored heritage features and Victorian styling. The ground floor will feature a range of commercial spaces (Griffley Property), perfect for independent retailers and eateries.

Subsequent phases will deliver a further 14 and 20 units, thus securing one of Birmingham’s best buildings for generations to come.
